Counselling for Adults

Pronouns: she/her

Knocked down, set back, or plain unlucky – however you look at it, everyone struggles sometimes. But no matter how hard things might feel, change is possible. We are wired to heal and to feel deeply connected with ourselves and other people.

Virginia supports her clients to develop the skills and insight that help them take control of their relationships with themselves, others, and the problems they face. She works from an anti-oppressive lens and believes everyone deserves a supportive space to be heard and to heal no matter how they live or identify.

Virginia’s therapy practice is holistic and experiential, informed by mindfulness, neuroscience, and the impact of culture.

Gentle, straightforward, and engaged, Virginia aims to support each client’s unique and creative journey toward personal growth. She will work with you to figure out what you need to feel better and will support you in taking the steps needed to make your goals a reality. Please reach out if you have any questions!
